Nicole has a brilliant understanding across all dog breeds regardless of size. I was finding it hard to find someone in the local area that understood primitive breeds. I took my Shiba to her and immediately Kiko wanted to jump through hoops for her. Nicole understood what Kiko needed from us. Her whole school system has helped us so much where other puppy preschools couldn’t. Kiko is now thriving with her training techniques. I also had a few private lessons with Nicole and they were so beneficial to both myself and Kiko. Nicole goes above and beyond outside of puppy school and is willing to help out with any questions or concerns you have when at home. She absolutely passionate about educating dog owners on how to effectively handle their dog through structured games & techniques. The rolling classes help for busy lifestyles and enable flexibility for house holds.

We've been working with Nicole for the last fews weeks, and in this short time Mochi our moodle has had a 180 turnaround on his behaviour. When we decided to go ahead with the owner trained Assistance Dog thing, I was a little apprehensive. I knew that my disability could sometimes make consistency difficult and my sensory issues aren’t really conducive to raising a well socialised puppy. We found Nicole around the same time we found Mochi. She talked us through everything we’d need from day one and the day Mochi was ready to head home, Nicole was waiting to take her on for a kickstart B&T. We got five weeks of constant updates about how cute, calm and responsive Mochi was and we knew immediately that we had made two very right choices. Mochi is now 9 months old and preparing to start very short public access trips in the new year. At the start of the year my anxiety, and trauma really made leaving the house for a walk impossible without the help of a support worker. Now, I’m independently leaving on 3 walks a day because through the training process, I’ve managed to develop enough confidence and a sense of safety that I can handle any situation that I find myself in with Mochi, Subak, or Gracie. This is all thanks to the amazing help and support that we’ve received since Nicole started helping out. She raises the best puppies!

We have 2 dogs and wanted a better relationship with them, and them with each other too. We have worked with Nicole for a couple of years, have stretches of fortnightly-monthly sessions either at our house or in parks and communicate outside of these too. Her approach is thorough, knowledgable and passionate all in one... she will lay out a plan and roadmap to get you and your dogs to the improvements you are seeking. She will give you support and feedback between the sessions when you need it for the work you put in between sessions too. Our dogs are now better trained/mannered in every sense thanks to her guidance.
